I just recently learned that in the Czech Republic some carrier platforms require a license. As far as I know, this is not required for all platform models and there are cases where they do not fall under such strict requirements. Do you know anything about this?

The most stringent requirements are for an active model like Uber, where the platform sets the price itself and the passenger sees only one offer from the platform, and therefore they are required to have Czech transport licensing. As for a passive platform, i.e. a marketplace, I learned from the GetTransfer article that a license is not always required in this case, since everything depends not on the specifically chosen model, but on the real behavior of the platform. If your marketplace will not have a strong influence on prices or set transportation rules, then a license will not be needed.
